SAGE Connect effortlessly collects customer information and automates the information sync, making the customer information available in either system, which allows for easy pricing, order fulfillment, customer service, etc.

Products

Automatically update all product information across your Dynamics SAGE and Magento platform, including SKU numbers, product information, product names, etc.

Inventory

Automatically update your inventory levels, regardless of the origination of the sale. This enables you to provide better customer service to your customers by avoiding taking orders for products out of stock (unless otherwise configured to take backorders), streamlines stock replenishment and much more.

Sales Orders

All orders are automatically updated in Dynamics SAGE and Magento. When an order is fulfilled at the Dynamics SAGE the updates are automatically synchronized back to the Magento store. You can further update your customers with information like order status, shipping tracking number, etc. for improved customer experience.

Tier Pricing

Sync tier pricing information between the two systems and offer specific pricing to various groups to enhance your customer service capabilities.

Credit Limits

All credit limits for merchants are updated between your Dynamics SAGE system and Magento in real-time allowing your customers to purchase both online (Magento) and offline (Dynamics SAGE) on credit (without exceeding their credit limit).

Customer Groups

Customer groups created in Magento or Dynamics SAGE are automatically synced and made available in the other system. The customer groups along with Tier Pricing allows you to group your customers and offer them different pricing.
